MAINTAIN CANDIDATE PROFILES #
Candidate profiles are created and maintained in the Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) form.The definition data for the Maintain Candidate Profile screen is stored in the P2K_RE_CANDIDATES, P2K_RE_APPLICATIONS, P2K_RE_RECRUITING_COSTS, P2K_RE_RECRUITING_LOGS, P2K_RE_EDUCATIONS, P2K_RE_RESUMES, P2K_RE_ASSESSMENT_EVENTS, P2K_RE_ASSESSMENTS, and P2K_RE_QUALIFICATIONS tables.
Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) - Candidate#
- Candidate
- This field provides a code to identify the candidate. Candidate_Code is a mandatory 50-character alphanumeric field that you must manually enter.
This field will automatically fill in if candidate sequencing has been defined in the Define Code Sequencing (IMCS) table.
- Submitted On
- This field displays the date the candidate submitted their application. Date_Submitted is a mandatory field you may fill with the calendar provided (F9).
- Salutation
- This field identifies the title of the candidate. Salutation is an optional field you must fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_SALUTATION.
- First Name
- This field provides the first name of the candidate. First_Name is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually. If this candidate is to be hired, the field MUST be completed.
- Middle Name
- This field provides the middle name of the candidate. Middle_Name is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually.
- Last Name
- This field provides the last name of the candidate. Last_Name is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually. If this candidate is to be hired, the field MUST be completed.
- Person Code
- This field identifies an internal employee as a candidate. Once this field has been filled, the previous fields (Salutation, First Name, etc.) and the Address and Phone fields will automatically fill. Person_Code from IEID (P2K_HR_IDENTITIES) is an optional field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
- Status
- This field will indicate the status of candidate within the recruiting process. Candidate_Status is an optional field you must fill with a selection from you define lexicon X_CANDIDATE_STATUS.
- Source
- This field will indicate the source where the candidate was drawn from. Candidate_Source is an optional field you must fill with a selection from you define lexicon X_CANDIDATE_SOURCE.
- Type
- This field will indicate whether the candidate is an internal or external applicant. Candidate_Type is optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_CANDIDATE_TYPE.
- Category
- This field allows you to group the candidate into a specific group. Candidate_Category is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the user-defined lexicon X_CANDIDATE_CATEGORY.
The information for the ‘Address’ and ‘Phone’ sections will automatically default in from IEHR if the candidate is already an employee.
- Address 1
- This field provides initial information for the candidate’s address, such as street number. Address_Line_1 is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field that may be manually entered.
- Address 2
- This field provides additional address information such as the PO box number or suite number. Address_Line_2 is a 50-character alphanumeric optional field that may be manually entered.
- City
- This field refers to the city, district or township for the candidate’s address. Locality is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field that may be manually entered.
- State/Province
- This field displays the state or province description with the applicable country concatenated at the end. State_Province_Code from P2K_CM_STATE_PROVINCES is a mandatory field that you must fill from the LOV (F9). If this candidate is to be hired, the field MUST be completed.
- Zip/Postal
- This field holds the zip or postal code for the address. Zip_Postal is an optional 16-character alphanumeric field that may be manually entered.
When entering phone numbers, an entry such as 3144660000 will automatically be formatted to be displayed as (314) 466-0000.
- Phone #
- ‘Phone Number’ is the main phone number for the candidate. Phone_Number is an optional 20-character alphanumeric field that may be manually entered.
- Phone Extn
- This field displays the extension (if any) for the candidate. Phone_Extension is an optional 16-character alphanumeric field that may be manually entered.
- Alt Phone #
- This field displays an alternate phone number for the candidate. Alt_Phone_Number is an optional 20-character alphanumeric field that may be manually entered.
- Email Address
- This field shows the email address or domain name for the candidate. Email_Address is a 50-character optional alphanumeric field that may be manually entered.
- Mobile
- This field holds the candidate’s mobile phone number. Cellular_Number is an optional 20-character alphanumeric field that may be manually entered.
- Fax Number
- This field holds the fax number for the candidate. Fax_Number is an optional 20-character alphanumeric field that may be manually entered.
- Details
- This field allows you to provide any additional information about the candidate. Candidate_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Objectives
- This field allows you to record the candidate’s career objectives. Objectives_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- How to Contact
- This field allows you to define how to contact the candidate. How_To_Contact_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) - Details#
Background#
- Country of Origin
- This field displays the candidate’s country of origin. Govt_Code_Origin is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_GOVT_CODE_ORIGIN.
- Gov't Code
- This field displays the contact's government identification number. Government_Code is an optional 16-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually. If this candidate is to be hired, the field MUST be completed.
- Gov't Code Verified
- If this toggle is ON, the government code has been verified as a legitimate code for that individual. Govt_Code_Verified is an optional toggle field.
- Gender
- This field will display the gender of the candidate. Gender is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_GENDER. If this candidate is to be hired, the field MUST be completed.
- Date of Birth
- This field will display the birth date of the candidate. Birth_Date is an optional field you may select using the calendar (F9). If this candidate is to be hired, the field MUST be completed.
- Age
- This field displays the age of the candidate. Age will automatically fill once the Birth Date field has been completed.
- Birthplace
- This field displays where the candidate was born. Birthplace is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually.
- Foreign Code
- This field shows any foreign registration codes for an employee. Foreign_Code is an optional 16-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually.
- Transportation
- This field shows the candidate’s main means of transportation. Transportation is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_TRANSPORTATION.
- Drivers License
- If the candidate has a driver’s license, this field will display the license number. Drivers_License is an optional 16-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
Demographics#
- Yrs Education
- This field will indicate the years of formal education the candidate has had. Years_Education is an optional 5-character numeric field you may fill manually.
- Marital Status
- This field will indicate the marital status of the candidate Marital_Status is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_MARITAL_STATUS.
- Dependents
- This field will display the number of the dependents the candidate has. Number_Dependents is an optional 5-character numeric field you may enter manually.
- Language
- This field will indicate the candidate’s main language of communication. English will default. Language_Code is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_LANGUAGE_CODE. If this candidate is to be hired, the field MUST be completed.
- Ethnic
- This field allows you to record the candidate’s ethnic background. Ethnic is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_ETHNIC. If this candidate is to be hired, the field MUST be completed.
- Citizen Status
- This field will display the citizen status of the candidate. Citizen_Status is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_CITIZEN_STATUS.
- Bonded
- This field will indicate if the candidate is bonded. Bonded is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_BONDED.
- Challenged
- If the candidate is physically challenged, this field allows you to indicate as such. Challenged is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_CHALLENGED.
- Veteran Status
- If the candidate is a veteran, you may indicate as such in this field. Veteran_Status is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_VETERAN_STATUS.
Employer#
If the external candidate is currently employed, the information about the employer may be recorded in this section.- Employer
- This field will display the name of the candidate’s current employer. Current_Employer is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Title
- This field will display the candidate’s title at their current employment. Current_Title is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field the use may enter manually.
- Appl. Start
- This field will indicate the first date the application is open. Application_Start_Date is an optional field you may fill using the calendar (F9) provided.
- Appl. End
- This field will indicate the last date the application is open. Application_End_Date is an optional field you may fill using the calendar (F9) provided.
- Date Avail.
- This field will indicate the date the candidate is available to begin a new job. Date_Available is an optional field you may fill using the calendar (F9) provided.
- Recruiter
- This field will display the recruiter used for this candidate. Recruiter from IRRE (P2K_RE_RECRUITER) is an optional field you may fill through the LOV (F9).
- Ext. ID
- If an external ID number has been assigned to this candidate, that number will be displayed in this field. External_Candidate_ID is an optional field you may fill manually.
- Web Address
- If there is a web address associated with this candidate, that web address would be displayed here. Web_Address is an optional 200-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) - Applications#
The definition data for the Applications screen is stored in the P2K_RE_APPLICATIONS table.- Posting
- This field indicates the posting the candidate has applied for. Posting from IRPO (P2K_RE_POSTINGS) is a mandatory field you must fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
- Posting Title
- This field will display the descriptive title of the posting. Posting_Title will default in once the Posting field has been filled. Users may NOT edit this information in this screen; it can only be changed through the IRPO screen.
- Application
- This field will be displayed the assigned number for the application. Application will be automatically assigned a number.
- Application Status
- This field displays the current status of the application. Application_Status is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_APPLICATION_STATUS.
- Application Stage
- This field allows you to define the exact stage in the process for this application. For example: Application_Stage is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the user-defined lexicon X_APPLICATION_STAGE.
- Opened
- This field indicates the date the application was applied to the posting. Application_Opened is a mandatory field you must fill using the calendar (F9) provided.
- Closed
- This field indicates the date the application was closed with regards to the posting. Application_Closed is an optional field you must fill using the calendar (F9) provided.
- Rating
- This field displays the rating this application received for the posting. Application_Rating is an optional field you may fill a selection from the fixed lexicon X_APPLICATION_RATING.
- Entity
- This field identifies the entity associated to this posting.Entity from IDEN (P2K_CM_ENTITIES) is a mandatory field you must fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
- Stage Description
- This field indicates the current stage in the recruiting process for this posting. Stage_Desc from IRJP (P2K_RE_JOB_PROFILES) is a mandatory field you must fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
- Offered
- If the candidate is selected for this posting, this field displays the date the job was offered to the applicant. Offered_Date is an optional date field you may fill with the calendar (F9) provided.
- Response
- This field indicates the date the candidate responded to the job offer. Response_Date is an optional date field you may fill with the calendar (F9) provided.
- Response Indication
- This field will display the status of the response from the candidate. Response_Indication is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_RESPONSE_INDICATION.
- Rejection Reason
- This field provides the reason for the candidate being rejected for the posting. Reason_for_Rejection is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_REASON_FOR_REJECTION.
- Decline Reason
- This field provides a reason why the candidate declined the job offer. Reason_for_Decline is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_REASON_FOR_DECLINE.
- Assignment to Replace
- If the candidate to be hired has another assignment in the entity, that assignment is identified in this field. Assignment_To_Replace from IEAS (P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENTS) is an optional field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
The following fields will usually be automatically filled, however, the values may be changed in this screen.
- Assignment Title
- This field provides the title of the assignment this posting is recruiting for. Assignment_Title is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually.
- Assignment Start Date
- If the assignment is date sensitive, the first date of the assignment will be indicated in this
- Assignment End Date
- If the assignment is date sensitive, the last date of the assignment will be indicated in this field. Assignment_End_Date is an optional field you may fill either manually or using the calendar (F9).
- Hours Per Day
- This field shows the average daily hours associated with this assignment. Hours_Per_Day is an optional 9-character numeric field you may enter manually.
- Hours Per Week
- This field shows the average daily hours associated with this assignment. Hours_Per_Week is an optional 9-character numeric field you may enter manually.
- FTE
- This field will show the full time equivalent associated with this assignment. FTE is an optional 9-character numeric field you may enter manually.
- Scale/Step
- This field displays the wage scale for this assignment. Scale_Step from ISWS (P2K_SA_WAGE_SCALES) is an optional field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
- Wage Rate
- This field displays the wage rate for this assignment. Wage_Rate is an optional 18-character numeric field you may fill manually.
- Basis
- This field displays the basis in which the wage rate is expressed. Rate_Basis is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_Rate_Basis.
- Scale Overridden
- If the toggle is ON, the displayed wage rate has been keyed manually, and is different from the rate on the wage scale table. If the toggle is OFF, either the wage rate has been derived from the wage scale table or wage scale tables are not being used. Scale_Overridden is an optional field.
- Details
- This field allows you to provide additional information about the application. Application_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you must enter manually.
Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) - Qualifications#
The definition data for the Qualifications screen is stored in the P2K_RE_QUALIFICATIONS table.- Type
- This field allows you to group the qualification into a specific type. Qualified_Type is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_QUALIFICATION_TYPE.
- Subtype
- This field will indicate if the qualification belongs to a subtype of qualification.
- Status
- This field will display the status of the qualification.
- Description
- This field provides a short description of the qualification. Description is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Category
- This field allows you to further classify the qualification into specific categories. Qualification_Category is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the user-defined lexicon X_QUALIFICATION_CATEGORY.
- Name
- This field allows you to name the qualification.
- Reference
- This field allows you to reference the qualification. For example, if the qualification is a certificate that is issued through a professional organization, that professional organization may be listed here. Qualification_Reference is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Start Date
- If the qualification is applied to this candidate for only a specific time period (e.g. a first aid certificate that has to be renewed each year), the first date of the time period is indicated here. Qualification_Start_Date is an optional field you may fill through the calendar (F9) provided.
- End Date
- If the qualification is applied to this candidate for only a specific time period, the last date of the time period is indicated here. Qualification_End_Date is an optional field you may fill through the calendar (F9) provided.
- Date Confirmed
- This field shows the date the qualification was confirmed for this candidate. Date_Confirmed is an optional field you may fill through the calendar (F9) provided.
- Confirmed By
- This field indicates who confirmed the qualification for this candidate. Confirmed_By is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Confirmed Status
- This field will indicate the status of the confirmation of the candidate’s qualification. Confirmed_Status is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_CONFIRMATION_STATUS.
- Interest Level
- This field will show the candidate’s interest level in this qualification Interest_Level is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_INTEREST_LEVEL.
- Proficiency
- The level of expertise the candidate has attained in the qualification will be indicated here. Proficiency is an optional field you may fill with selection from the fixed lexicon X_PROFICIENCY.
- Years Experience
- This field indicates the number of years of experience the candidate has for this qualification Years_Experience is an optional field you may fill manually.
- Year Last Used
- This field indicates the number of years since the candidate last used the qualification. Years_Last_Used is an optional field you may fill manually.
- Text
- This field allows you to provide additional information about the qualification for this candidate. Qualification_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) - Costs#
This screen allows you to record any costs associated to the recruitment process in regards to this candidate. The definition data for the Costs screen is stored in the P2K_RE_RECRUITING_COSTS table.- Cost Date
- This field will show the date the recruiting cost was incurred. Cost_Date is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the calendar (F9).
- Cost Item Category
- This field allows you to group the cost into a specific category. Cost_Item_Category is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the user-defined lexicon X_COST_ITEM_CATEGORY.
- Cost Amount
- This field displays the actual amount of the cost incurred. Cost_Amount is an optional 18-character numeric field you may fill manually.
- Description
- This field holds a short description of the cost incurred. Description is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Employer %
- This field will indicate the percentage of the cost that will be covered by the employer. Employer_Percent is an optional 5-character numeric field you may enter manually.
- Cost Reference
- This field allows you to record a short reference for this cost, for example, an invoice number. Cost_Reference is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may manually enter.
- Payment Method
- This field will show the manner in which this item was paid for. Payment_Method is an optional field you must fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_Payment_Method.
- Payment Status
- This field will show the status of the payment for this cost item. Payment_Status is an optional field you must fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_Payment_Status.
- Posting
- If this cost is associated with a specific posting, that posting may be identified in this field. Posting from IRPO (P2K_RE_POSTINGS) is an optional field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
- Recruiter
- If the cost is related to a specific recruiter, that recruiter may be identified in this field. Recruiters from IRRE (P2K_RE_RECRUITERS) is an optional field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) - Recruiting Log#
This tab allows you to track the recruiting activities associated with this candidate. The definition data for the Recruiting Log tab is stored in the P2K_RE_RECRUITING_LOGS table.- Date/Time
- This field displays the day and time of the recruiting log. Recruiting_Log_Timestamp is a mandatory field you may fill either manually or using the calendar (F9).
- Type
- This field identifies the nature of the recruitment log. Recruiting_Log_Type is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_Recruiting_Log_Type.
- Category
- This field allows you to further classify the recruiting log into specific groups. Recruiting_Log_Category is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the user-defined lexicon X_Recruiting_Log_Category.
- Posting
- This field displays the posting associated with this recruiting log. Posting from IRP0 (P2K_RE_POSTINGS) is an optional field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
- Recruiter
- This field displays the recruiter associated with this recruiting log. Recruiter from IRRE (P2K_RE_RECRUITERS) is an optional field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
- Entered For
- This field allows you to indicate for whom or what (position, job profile, candidate) this log is entered. Entered_For is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually.
- Description
- This field allows you to provide a short description of the recruiting log. Description is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually.
- Log Text
- This field provides additional information about the recruiting log. Log_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually.
Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) - Education#
This screen allows you to make a record of the candidate’s formal education. The definition data for the Education tab is stored in the P2K_RE_EDUCATIONS table.- Education Type
- This field allows you to classify the education being recorded into specific types. Education_Type is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_EDUCATION_TYPE.
- Description
- This field allows you to provide a short description of the education being recorded. Description is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Education Status
- This field displays the status of the education being recorded. Education_Status is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_EDUCATION_STATUS.
- School Name
- This field indicates the school associated with the education defined. School_Name is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Faculty
- This field indicates the school faculty associated with the education defined. School_Faculty is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- City
- This field displays the location of the school. Locality is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- State/Prov.
- This field defines the state or province of the school. State_Province from IDSP (P2K_CM_STATE_PROVINCES) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
- Start Month
- This field indicates the date the course of education was begun. Education_End_Month is an optional date field you may fill through the calendar (F9) provided.
- End Month
- This field indicates the date the course of education was completed. Education_End_Month is an optional date field you may fill through the calendar (F9) provided.
- Major
- This field will display the major area of study for the education defined, for example, English, Russian Studies, or Accounting. Major_Area_of_Study is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_MAJOR_AREA_OF_STUDY.
- Minor
- This field will display the minor area of study for the education defined. Minor_Area_of_Study is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Degree
- This field will display the degree attained, if applicable, for this course of education. Degree is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_DEGREE.
- GPA Attained
- This field displays the Grade Percent Average (GPA) the candidate achieved for this education. GPA_Attained is an optional 7-character numeric field you may fill manually.
- GPA Maximum
- This field provides the highest Grade Percent Average (GPA) attainable for this education. GPA_Maximum is an optional 7-character numeric field you may fill manually.
- Text
- This field allows you to provide additional information about the education for this candidate. Education_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
Maintain Candidate Profile (IRCA) - References#
This screen allows you to make a record references and reference contacts the candidate has submitted.- Contact Name
- This field displays the name of the individual providing the reference. Contact_Name is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Type
- This field allows you to classify the references into specific types. Reference_Type is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_REFERENCE_TYPE.
- Status
- This field will display the current status of the reference provided. Reference_Status is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_REFERENCE_STATUS.
- Contacted
- This field will display the date the individual who gave the reference was contacted. Date_Contacted is an optional date field you may fill using the calendar (F9) provided.
- Contact Title
- This field displays the reference’s title within their company. Contact_Title is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Company Name
- This field displays the company name where the reference is employed. Company_Name is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Address 1
- This field displays the address of the company. Address_Line_1 is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Address 2

Maintain Candidate Profile (IRCA) - Work History#
- Industry
- This field holds the six-digit industry codes for NAICS (North American Industry Code Standard) for the company. Industry from IDIN (P2K_CM_INDUSTRIES) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
- Company Size
- This field will indicate the number of people working for the company. Company_Size is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_COMPANY_SIZE.
- Emp. Type
- This field will identify the specific type of employment the candidate had with the company. Employment_Type is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_EMPLOYMENT_TYPE.
- Group Type
- This field allows you to further define the type of employment the candidate had with the company Group_Type is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_GROUP_TYPE.
- Job Category

- Job Title
- This field shows the title the candidate held in the company defined. Assignment_Title is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
- Resp. Level
- This field indicates the level of responsibility the candidate had at the company. Responsibility_Level is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_Responsibility_Level.
- Hours/Day
- This field shows the average daily hours associated with this assignment. Hours_Per_Day is an optional 9-character numeric field you may enter manually.
- Hours/Week
- This field shows the average weekly hours associated with this assignment. Hours_Per_Week is an optional 9-character numeric field you may enter manually.
- Wage Rate
- This field will show the wage rate for this assignment. Wage_Rate is an optional 18-character numeric field you may fill manually.
- Rate Basis
- This field shows the rate basis that the wage is expressed in. Rate_Basis is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_Rate_Basis.
- Rsn Leaving
- This field will show the reason the candidate left the assignment. Reason_for_Leaving is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_REASON_FOR_LEAVING.
- Text
- This field allows you to provide additional information about the past employment. Work_History_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may enter manually.
Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) - Resumes#
This screen allows you to make a record of the candidate’s resume. The definition data for the Resume tab is stored in the P2K_RE_RESUMES table.- Received
- This field displays the date the resume was received from the candidate. Date_Received is a mandatory date field you must fill with the calendar (F9) provided.
- Format
- This field identifies the format in which the resume was received. Resume_Format is an optional field the use may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_RESUME_FORMAT.
- Source
- This field will indicate the source of the resume. Resume_Source is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_RESUME_SOURCE.
- Resume Ole Type
- This feature will be developed for a future release. Resume_Ole_Type is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_OLE_TYPE.
- Last Revised
- This field will display the date the resume was last updated. Resume_Last_Revised is an optional date field you may fill using the calendar (F9) provided.
Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) - Assessments#
This screen allows you to create a log of the candidate’s assessment events. Any assessment events that the candidate is scheduled for or has taken will be recorded here. The definition data for the Assessments tab is stored in the P2K_RE_ASSESSMENTS and P2K_RE_ASSESSMENT_EVENTS tables.- Date/Time
- This field indicates the date/time of the assessment. Assessment_Date_Time is a mandatory field you may fill either manually or with the calendar (F9) provided.
- Assessments
- This field defines the exact assessment the candidate will be taking. Assessment from IRAS (P2K_RE_ASSESSMENTS) is a mandatory field you must fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
- Description
- This field provides a short description of the assessment. This field will automatically default in from IRAS once the ‘Assessment’ field has been filled. You CANNOT edit the information in this screen.
- Status
- This field will display the current status of the assessment event. Assessment_Event_Status is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_ASSESSMENT_EVENT_STATUS.
- Location
- This field will indicate where the assessment is to take place. Location from IDLN (P2K_CM_LOCATIONS) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
- Conducted By
- This field will display the name of the individual conducting the assessment. Conducted_By from IEAS (P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENTS) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
- Contact
- If there is a contact person for this assessment event, that individual may be indicated here. Contact from IECT (P2K_HR_CONTACTS) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
- Rating
- This field displays the rating the candidate received for this assessment. Assessment_Rating is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_ASSESSMENT_RATING.
- Points
- This field allows you to record the points the candidate obtained in this assessment. Assessment_Points is an optional 5-character numeric field you may fill manually.
- Type
- This field groups this the assessment into a specific type. This field will automatically default in from IRAS once the ‘Assessment’ field has been filled. Users CANNOT edit the information in this screen.
- Category
- This field further classifies the assessment into specific groups. This field will automatically default in from IRAS once the ‘Assessment’ field has been filled. Users CANNOT edit the information in this screen.
- Desired Pts
- This field will display the desired points the candidate must obtain for this assessment. This field will automatically default in from IRAS once the ‘Assessment’ field has been filled. Users CANNOT edit the information in this screen.
- Essential Pts
- This field will display the points the candidate must obtain to pass this assessment. This field will automatically default in from IRAS once the ‘Assessment’ field has been filled. Users CANNOT edit the information in this screen.
Maintain Candidate Profiles (IRCA) - Self Service Access#
- Candidate #/First Name/Last Name
- These fields identify the candidate who’s password is being changed.
- This field displays the candidate’s email address.
- Password Change By
- This filed will indicate the user who last changed the candidate’s password.
- Password Change On
- This field will display the date the password was last changed.
- Access Start Date/ Access End Date
- These fields indicates the first and last day that the candidate may access Self Service
- Last Good Access
- This field indicates the last date the candidate successfully logged into the system.
- Logins to Date
- This field shows the number of successful logins the candidate has made.
- Force Password Change on Next Login
- If this toggle is on, the candidate will need to change their password the next time they log into Self Service.
- Set/Reset Password
- Clicking this button will set or reset the candidate’s password.
- Access Status
- This field displays the candidate’s access status.
