GRADE ASSESSMENTS#
Once the candidate has completed an assessment, it may be graded through the Grade Assessment (IRGA) screen.- Assessment
- This field identifies the assessment being graded. Assessment will default in once the candidate is selected. You may not alter the information here.
- Assessment Date
- This field will display the date and the time that the assessment event was completed. This field will default once the assessment field has been completed.
- Type
- This field will indicate the type of assessment being graded. This field will default once the assessment field has been completed.
- Essent Pts.
- This field will display the minimum number of points needed to pass this assessment. This field will default once the assessment field has been completed.
- Desired Pts.
- This field will display the number of points desired for this assessment. This field will default once the assessment field has been completed.
- Max. Pts.
- This field will show the maximum points a candidate may obtain for this assessment. This field will default once the assessment field has been completed.
- Status
- This field will display the current status of the assessment. This field will default once the assessment field has been completed.
- Bonus Points
- This field displays any bonus points the candidate achieved with this assessment. This field will default once the assessment field has been completed.
- Rating
- You may indicate the rating the candidate received for this assessment. Assessment_Rating is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_ASSESSMENT_RATING.
- Event Pts
- This field displays the total amount of points the candidate achieved with this assessment. This field will default once the assessment field has been completed.
- Bonus Reason Text
- This field displays additional information about bonus points for this event. This field will default once the assessment field has been completed.
- Event Text
- This field displays additional information about the assessment event. This field will default once the assessment field has been completed.
Questions#
- #
- This field displays the question number that the candidate selected. The actual selection the candidate made is also displayed to the right of these columns.
- Type
- This field categorizes the question into a specific type.
- Weight
- This field shows the weight this question has on the entire assessment.
- Once the assessment has been graded, the grade will be reflected in the IRSA screen.
- Text
- This field is available for additional notes.
Choices#
- Identifier
- This field displays the unique number supplied for the Assessment in IRCA when you built the assessment.
- Choice Text
- This field displays the answer that was selected by the candidate taking the assessment.
Responses#
- Response
- This field is a derived field which will display candidate's response if the assessment was an essay style response.
- Attained
- This field displays the points the candidate attained for this question.
