The first step in using the Training and Development module is to define the organization's competency requirements. The requirements may be in personal qualities, professional abilities and skills in all areas of business.
After defining the organizations requirements, the next step is to track competencies of the personnel.
The fourth step is to determine the organization's current competency level and then develop programs and activities designed to fulfill the gaps in competency levels.
With the development programs and activities defined, organizations may then define the necessary suppliers, courses and schedules needed to administer the courses.
CoursesWith the organization's competency level requirements in place, the organization may then assess the competencies of the current personnel and/or any potential external candidates.
