MEASURE PERSONAL COMPETENCY#
You may compare competencies through the Measure Personal Competency (ICPC) form.The information for this screen will be drawn from Maintain Personal Development Profile (ICPD) form and the Maintain Job Profiles (IRJP) form. Unless indicated otherwise, you will not be able to change the information contained in the field.
- Title
- This field displays the employee’s current job title.
- Select Projected Job
- This button allows the user to select another Job Profile, in which their competencies will be compared to. When the user first opens the screen, the projected job profile is the same as the current job profile.
After selecting the new projected job profile, the screen data will refresh and add all competencies for the projected job profile. It will also fill in the projected level required and the projected gap relative to the employees current level.
- Department
- This field displays the employee’s department.
- Current Job Profile
- This field displays the Job Profile Title associated to the employee's current Assignment.
- Projected Job Profile
- This field displays the Job Profile Title that was selected in the Select Projected Job field.
- Competence
- This field displays the competence that will be measured in the job profiles. The Competences are defaulted from the Job Profiles selected in the Current Job Profile and Select Projected Job fields.
- Current Level
- This field will display the competence level the EE has achieved as defined in ICPQ.
- Gap
- This area will show the difference between the employee’s current level of competence and the level required by their current job profile. If there is no difference the area will display ‘Qualified’ for that competence.
- Required Level
- This field displays the highest competence level as defined on the Current Job Profile in IRJP.
- Projected Gap
- This field displays how many levels the employee must achieve before reaching the required level specified for the Projected Job Profile. If the employee does not have the competence defined in ICPQ , N/A will appear to indicate the projected gap is not applicable.
- Projected Level
- This field will indicate the highest required level on the IRJP for the selected Projected Job Profile.
Development Courses#
- Course
- This course will display the name of the course that will help develop competencies for the proposed job profile.
- Competence
- This field shows the competence associated with the course.
- Level
- This field displays the level of competence associated with the course.

- This field identifies prerequisite courses needed for the competency.

- This field displays the level of competence associated with the course.
