WORK_ORDER is a 50-character optional alphanumeric field which is used to define work orders attached to a specific pay line. The Work Order Validation is defined on the ‘Define G/L Company’ (IDGC) form.
The work order on each pay line can be unedited (no validation) or validated from an external system that has been pre-programmed.
