TIME_EXCEPTION_ACTION is a field that stores the action of the time exception.
X_TIME_EXCEPTION_ACTION is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

| 06 | Change Lunch | If the start and end time are empty then remove the lunch. If both start and end time are provided the scheduled meal time it will be altered by this time.
