MY TIME SHEET HISTORY#

The WEETSH screen will display all of the employee's historical time sheets. Time sheets that have the status of Sent to PR, Not Approved, Adjustment, Adjustment Applied, Replaced, or Cancelled will be displayed.

Time Sheet #
This field represents the unique code assigned to the time sheet.
Assignment
This field indicates which assignment code the time sheet was generated for.
Starting
The start of the time frame the time sheet was generated for is displayed in this field.
Ending
The last day of the time frame the time sheet was generated for is displayed in this field.
Status
The status of the time sheet is displayed here.
Orig #
This field will display the Time Sheet number used to replace the time sheet.

Sign off Time Sheet
This will update the time sheet to reflect that the Employee has signed off on the time sheet and its details.
Request a Change
By pressing this button a dialog is presented to the employee allowing them to request changes to the time sheet.
Go to Current Time Sheets
By pressing this button the Employee will be directed to the WETTS screen to review their Current Time Sheets.

View Time Sheets#

Date
This field represents the day that the time entry/exception was generated/entered for
From
This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated (i.e. the start of the shift entry).
To
This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated (i.e. the end of the shift entry).
# of Changes
The number of time sheet exceptions for the time sheet in focus is captured here.
Tot
This field represents the total hours for the day.
Reg
This field displays the number of regular hours were recorded for the day.
Hol
This field displays the number of holiday hours were recorded for the day.
Lv
This field displays the number of leave type hours were recorded for the day.
OT
This field displays the number of overtime type hours that were recorded for the day.
Bnk
If the hours were banked and an alternate time code was used, the alternate time code will display here.
Job/Position
This field displays the job/position associated to the assignment indicated.
Addtl Info
This field displays any notes that have been entered for the exception.
View Details
By pressing this toggle the table will change to display each time sheet entry.

View Changes#

Action
This field indicates what 'action' the time exception is for. For e.g. Add'l Time/Shift
Start
This field indicates the start date of the time exception.
End
The end date of the time exception is indicated in this field.
From
This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated.
To
This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated.
Time Code
This field will display the time code that the exception was generated against.
Cost
This field is used to associate a cost center to the time exception.
Assignment
This field will display the employee's assignment for which the exception is being entered.
Position
This field is used to override the position that is associated to the time exception.
Job
This field is used to override the job that is associated to the time exception.
Shift
This field will display the shift that the exception is being entered against. If the exception is to be entered for a different shift, then the timekeeper must select another shift from the LOV, otherwise the shift that is indicated in the time entries above will be used.
Job Order #
This field is used to associate a work order to the time exception.
Value
This field displays the value/amount of the time exception.
Premium(s)
This field displays the premium code associated to the time exception.
Remarks
This field is used to enter notes for the time exception.

Time Sheet Summary#

Pay Period Totals
This button will change the type of totals displayed in the tables below to show Pay Period Totals.
Weekly Totals
This button will change the display to show totals on a weekly basis.

Time Code Totals#

This section totals the hours within the time sheet by Time Code.
Date
This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Sheet Summary.
Time Code
The total for the time code either for the week or pay period is for will display here.
Amount
The total value of the time code either for the week or pay period will display here.
Description
The description of the type of time and time code used will be displayed.

Time Type Totals#

This section totals the hours within the time sheet by type of time entered.
Date
This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Sheet Summary.
Time Type
The type of time the time code is defined as will be displayed here.
Amount
The total amount of time for the time type for the week or pay period will display here.

All Time Code Sets#

This section totals the hours by time code sets.
Date
This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Sheet Summary.
Time Code Set
The name of the time code set will be displayed here.
Amount
The total amount of time for the week or pay period for the time code set will display here.

Leave Balances Summary#

This section displays a summary of the employees leave balances.
Bank
The leave policy code will display here.
Description
The description of the leave policy is displayed.
Planned
If the employee has a planned leave for the policy, the number of leave hours is displayed.
Balance To Date
This field will display the employee's leave balance.

View Requests#

Status
This field displays the status of the request
Request
This field will display the request type.
Sent On
The date the comment / request was created is displayed in this field.
Synopsis
The synopsis of the comment / request is displayed here.

View Audit#

Date
This field holds the date of the time entry.
Assign
The assignment code the time entry was generated for is displayed here.
Start
If the time sheet is based on start and end times, the start time of the employee's shift is displayed here.
End
If the time sheet is based on start and end times, the end time of the employee's shift is displayed here.
TC
This field stores the time code used to track the time.
Value
This field stores the value of the time.
Basis
This field indicates the basis of the time, for example Hrs, $
Premiums
If a premium code is attached to the time entry it will be displayed here.
Cost Center
If cost centers are used the cost center may displayed here.
Changed On
This field indicates the date the change was made to the time entry.
Changed By
This field indicates the user who made the change to the time entry.
