ELEMENT_CODE is an optional 16-character alphanumeric field. If any of the attendance components from the list below are selected and the rule used references an element, that element must be listed here.
ELEMENT_CODE is an optional 16-character alphanumeric field which holds the element code assigned to uniquely identify the element. Elements are groups of pay components that need to be tallied together to perform a specific calculation such as Taxes, UserCalcs, Benefits, etc...
