Selecting the ACT_RECEIVED_EE_SIGN_OFF button will populate the [EMPLOYEE_SIGN_OFF] column on the [P2K_PR_TIME_SHEETS] table with a value of 1 in the database. A null value will indicate that the employee has not yet pressed the sign off button.
Using this action will update the toggle on the PTS table in the column EMPLOYEE_SIGN_OFF.

This optional button can be added to any browser based timesheet form for employees. This is not linked to any approval process and can be pressed by the employee at any time before or after an approval submission.
In most set ups this button is selected AFTER any modifications are completed by any approvers. As a result this toggle is typically set up for use on the historic time sheet screens such as [WEPTSH] but it can be added to any employee time sheet form.
This optional button can be added to any browser based timesheet form for employees.
If this button is enabled by the employee, it is an indication that they acknowledge the values in the timesheet and agree with the submitted values.

This button is strictly in the database on the table [P2K_PR_TIME_SHEETS] and may be used for workflow or reporting purposes. This will not stop a timesheet from being processed or have any other impacts on the payroll cycle if this is not selected.
