SPECIAL_CONDITIONS is used to display the special condition that generated the time entry.
!!!SPECIAL CONDITIONS
!!Overview
Special conditions are used to identify all of the reasons why an employee would possibly need to enter additional time, these include, attending meetings, in early, out late, etc. From the employee's perspective, all they would need to do is select the appropriate dialog, complete the necessary fields and ensure to select an option from the lexicon '[X_TM_SPEC_COND]' which is attached to the field 'Reason For Time' or ‘Reason for Change’.

!!Set Up
!Lexicons - IMLN
The lexicons are supplied but the values within the lexicons are User Defined.
Display Value is what the Employee will see
Saved Value is the exact name of the Time Rule that you will create.
''Example set-up for Lexicon:[X_TM_SPEC_COND]
*''Display Value:Meeting
*''Saved Value:MEETING
!Time Rule Types - ITRT
Each “user defined” Time Rules lexicon Saved Value must be created as a Time Rule Type in [ITRT] with a sequence of 90000 and above; this will make it 'user-defined' and allows clients to update and delete the Time Rule Types. Failure to do this will mean the new user-defined time rule will be marked as 'NO LONGER IN USE' during the next software upgrade.
'Reason for Time' created in the [X_TM_SPEC_COND] lexicon are always for Time Codes
''Example user-defined Special Condition Time Rule set-up
*''Seq:900070
*''Time Rule Type:MEETING
*''Description:Mandatory Company Meeting
*''Time Code toggle:On''
!Work Rule - IDWR
Each new Time Rule Type needs to be added to the Work Rules. This allows the appropriate Time Codes and Premiums to be attached to different Work Rules.
'Reason for Time' created in the [X_TM_SPEC_COND] lexicon for the Time Rule Type of MEETING.
''Example set-up
*''Time Rule Type:MEETING
*''Band:0
*''Time Code:ADD TIME''
