CHANGE_CODE provides the rationale as to why information has been created or changed as of an effective date.
Some starter values are provided, which may be modified, deleted or added to as you wish. Except for the following codes which must be left as is:
- INITIAL RECORD
- TERMINATION
- ASSIGNMENT END
- CONVERSION
- OPEN ENROLLMENT
Removing or changing these values may result in unexpected system behavior.
