The Employee Clocking Information form (WMTCI) is a form intended for managers so they may review their employees' clock punch information. The form will not show clock punches that have been 'generated'.

The manager must select the employee from the find list below.
- Name (Code)
- The name and person code of the employee the clock punch is for.
- Assignment
- The employee's assignment code.
- Department
- The department code the employee belongs to.
- Reports To
- The manager whom the employee directly reports to will display here.
- Include Indirect
- This toggle allows the manager to extend the list of employees to include those who he/she is indirectly responsible for.
This screen is calendar driven, meaning the Manager may select to see the clocking information, scheduled time and exceptions for a selected week or month.
The calendar will indicate the original clock date, the start date of the time exception and the start date of the time sheet entry.
Clock Entries#
- Date
- This field displays the date for the clock entry.
- Type
- This field identifies the type of clock entry being made.
- Original Time
- This field displays the time of the clock entry.
- Adjusted Time
- If the clock has a rounding rule associated with the entries, and the highlighted entry has the rounding rule applied to it, that adjusted time will be shown here. For instance, if the rounding rule takes the clock in time to the next 5 minute mark, and they employee has punched in at 9:03, the time displayed as ‘adjusted time’ will be 9:05.
- Status
- This field displays the status of the card entry.
- Paired In
- This field indicates the start time the employee clocked in.
- Paired Start Date
- This field indicates the start date the clock entry is for.
- Paired Out
- This field indicates the time the employee clocked out.
- Position
- This field identifies the position associated with the employee for this card entry.
- Job
- This field identifies the job associated with the employee for this card entry.
- Department
- This field identifies the department associated with the employee for this card entry.
- Time Code
- This field indicates the time code for this entry.
- Cost Center
- This field identifies the cost center associated with the employee for this card entry.
- Distribution Mask
- This field identifies the distribution code to receive part of all of the costs.
- Ref.Info.
- This field will allow the user to include any additional information about the time entry. This field may be used to indicate the clock device if the G1 or G2 interface is used. Each time clock would be given a Machine Name that corresponds to a clock device (ITCD) in Personality. This code would be stored in the reference information for each clock entry.
Associated Scheduled Shift#
- Exception Type
- The type of exception used to generate the time entry.
- Shift
- The shift code the employee is working will display here.
- O/R Shift Start Time
- If the start time of the shift has been overridden, the new start time will be reflected here.
- O/R Shift End Time
- If the end time of the time sheet has been overridden, the new end time will display here.
- Department
- The department code associated to the scheduled shift.
- Job/Unit
- This field displays the job and unit associated to the scheduled shift.
Exceptions#
The exceptions tab shows a summary of the daily exceptions
- Action
- The type of time exception being added may be selected from the LOV provided.
- Status
- The status of the time exception is displayed here.
- Start
- This field represents the start day that the time entry/exception was generated/entered for
- End
- This field represents the end date of the time exception.
- From
- The start time of the time exception is entered in this field.
- To
- The end time of the time exception is entered in this field.
- Time Code
- This field will display the time code that the exception was generated against.
- Cost
- This field is used to associate a cost center (distribution mask) to the time exception.
- Position
- This field will display the position code associated to the time exception.
- Job
- This field will display the job code associated to the time exception.
- Shift
- This field will display the shift that the exception is being entered against.
- Job Order #
- This field is used to display an associated a work order for the time exception.
- Value
- This field displays the value/amount of the time exception.
- Premium
- This field displays the premium code associated to the time exception.
- Ref. Info
- This field is used to display notes for the time exception.
Time Sheet Entries#
The Time Sheet Entries tab provides a summary of the employees time sheet
- Date
- This field represents the day that the time entry/exception was generated/entered for
- From
- This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated (i.e. the start of the shift entry).
- To
- This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated (i.e. the end of the shift entry).
- Tot
- This field represents the total hours for the day.
- Reg
- This field displays the number of regular hours were recorded for the day.
- Hol
- This field displays the number of holiday hours were recorded for the day.
- Lv
- This field displays the number of leave type hours were recorded for the day.
- OT
- This field displays the number of overtime type hours that were recorded for the day.
- Bnk
- If the hours were banked and an alternate time code was used, the alternate time code will display here.
- Premium(s)
- If a premium was added for the day, it will display here.
- Job/Position
- This field displays the job/position associated to the assignment indicated.
- View Details
- By pressing this toggle the table will change to display each time sheet entry.
