My Calendar Events#
The My Calendar Events (WEECE) screen allows you to view all your events such as holidays, leaves, birthdays, pay dates,etc.
The definition data for the My Calendar Events screen is stored in the P2K_HR_SEMPLOYMENT_INFO table.
After logging into Self Service, you need to go to the Employee section and select 'My Calendar Events'.
The system will bring up a calendar that will allow you to scroll forward and backward by month as well as by year. This screen will show employees their events such as their birthday, spouse's birthday, holidays, leaves, pay dates as well as dates for open enrollments.
When the screen comes up, it always focuses on today's date. You can scroll either forwards or backwards by month or year, by using the left and right arrow buttons located on either side of the date. You can also change the date you are viewing by changing any or all of the three date fields, which will take you to that particular calendar.
The Calendar screen displays a six week period covering Sunday to Saturday.
Color can be added to the leave types and events in the calendar box. The colors are user selected and can be setup by following the steps in the documents Leave Policy Colors and Event Type Colors.

Pay Date | As defined in IPCL (Pay Issue Date) |
