LIST OF EMPLOYEES BY POSITION#
Processing Information#
The List Positions and Employees (REPC) report allows you to print a list of positions and the employees that are in those positions.NOTE: The default report format is a .xlsx. This report can also be created in a .pdf format. To create the .pdf format:
- In the HLAppReousrces/Reports folder, remove or rename the REPC.xlsx
- When the REPC is run, on the Run Options tab, set the Destination Format = PDF
Report Parameters & Filters#

| As of | Date, LOV Available This is the date that the information will be collected from. |
| Print Vacant Only | Mandatory, Yes or No, LOV available If <Yes> then only vacant positions will be displayed on the report. |
| Print Details | Mandatory, Yes or No, LOV available If <Yes> then the policy details (components, rules, etc.) will be displayed on the report, otherwise no details will display on the report. |
| Print Premiums | Mandatory, Yes or No, LOV available If `Yes", the all the premiums for this pay transaction will be printed. |
| User Comment | Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report. |

| Entity | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the entities listed. |
| Location | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the locations selected. |
| Auth Area | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the authorization areas selected |
| Department | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the departments selected. |
| Org Level Type | Optional, Lexicon Available This will limit the report to the organization level type selected. Note: Org Level Type MUST be specified IF you are using the Sort Option of Org Level OR if you want to filter by Org Levels. |
| Org Level | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the organization levels selected. |
| Unit | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the units selected. |
| Group | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the groups selected. |
| Payroll | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field will limit the report to the payrolls selected. |
| Job | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field will limit the report to the jobs selected. |
| Position | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to those positions selected. |
