SCHEDULE ASSESSMENT EVENTS#

The Schedule Assessment Events (IRSA) screen allows you to book competency assessment tests.

The screen will automatically default in the last candidate worked on in the system. In order to change the candidate, simply select a new candidate through the ‘Find’ field in the top right hand corner.
Assessment
This field identifies the assessment to be scheduled for. Assessment from P2K_RE_ASSESSMENT is a mandatory field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
Assessment Status
This field will display the current status of the assessment event. X_ASSESSMENT_EVENT_STATUS is a mandatory field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
Assessment Date
This field identifies the date and time the assessment is scheduled for. Assessment_Date_Time is a mandatory field you must fill using the calendar provided (F9).
Assessment Rating
This field will display the rating the candidate received for this assessment. Assessment_Rating is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the fixed lexicon X_ASSESSMENT_RATING.
Assessment Points
This field shows the actual points the candidate received for this assessment. Assessment_Points is an optional 5-character numeric field you may fill manually.
Conducted by Contact
If the assessment was or will be conducted by an outside contact, that contact person will be identified in this field. Conducted_By_Contact from IECT (P2K_HR_CONTACTS) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
Conducted by EE
If the assessment was or will be conducted by an employee within the entity, that individual will be identified in this field. Conducted_By_EE from IEAS (P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENTS) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
Location
This field will indicate where the assessment event is to take place. Location from IDLN (P2K_CM_LOCATIONS) is an optional field you may fill with a selection from the LOV (F9).
Assessment Event Text
This field allows you to include further information about the assessment event. Assessment_Event_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
