The ROE Web environment for 53 weeks reporting is a real environment which is not the same as the Training environment for the 27 weeks reporting, the following training sections are not applicable to this environment. You can, however, review the following Training environment just for information purpose only.

The following sections are for the ROE Web 27 Weeks reporting only, not applicable for the ROE Web 53 Weeks reporting.

You should register with the HRSDC to gain access to this ROE Web Training environment to learn and familiarize the ROE Web process prior to use the HRSDC production environment to print ROE.
Once after you are familiar with the training environment and after UPROEF is run, you may begin the Bulk File Transfer.

After the file is transferred to HRSDC web site, it may take about half an hour for HRSDC server to put your new file on the View tab
On the View tab, your file is displayed, ROE validation is performed and statistics are shown.
Please click the highlighted number for 'ROE Passed' column to generate the ROE forms with pdf format and save it internally on your PC for printing.
You must also click the 'ROE Rejected' column or 'ROE Failed' column to view any errors.
