STAT_CODE is a mandatory 16-character alphanumeric field displaying user-defined code to uniquely identify the statistic within the system. If a STAT_CODE is populated in this field, the [IEST] will be populated with the value based on the rules defined on [IDSC] for the employee.

These actions will only take place if a value is found in the [PC_CODE] defined when the pay header is processed through UPCLOZ. If the [PC_CODE] is not populated on the pay header, there will be no change during payroll processing.
Statistics can be used in User Calculations.
Statistics do not need to be associated to a [PC_CODE] to work. They can be populated manually on [IEST].
STAT_CODES can be loaded as a bulk action into [IEST] via [LMTD]
