OT THRESHOLD - Overtime Threshold #

Time Rule Overview#

This time rule will grant employees overtime when the hours during a defined range of days, exceed the amount defined in the Band. Once the threshold has been met, all remaining hours within the defined range of days, regardless of time code, will either be replaced or have a premium attached.

• Time Rule Type Code: OT THRESHOLD

• This rule requires the Apply Time Code Set field to be defined.

• Frequency predefined as Every Day

Implementation#

The time rule should be set up in IDWR as shown below.

[1] If the Day field is defined, starting on this day each week the time rule will look back the number of days specified in the value

• If not defined, the time rule will look back the specified number of days, defined in the Value, from the current day
• This field does not support lexicon values for Weekdays and Weekends
