OT SPREAD TIME - Overtime Spread Time#

Time Rule Overview#

This time rule will grant an employee overtime for the hours over the spread time, defined in the Band. Spread Time is the difference between the start time and the end time of a day worked. This time rule looks at the Minimum Start Time and Minimum End Time to determine if the employee qualifies for this rule.

• Band multiple bands are supported
• Frequency predefined as Every Day

Implementation#

The time rule should be set up in IDWR as shown below.
