Introduction


Security Screens#

This chapter will cover the screens used to control access to the system by various users. You will learn how to establish user profiles, roles, execution and security rights. In addition this chapter will cover how to associate users to roles and how to apply rights to individual users and roles.


System Structures#

The System Structure section allows Administrators to customize the application to suit the company’s requirements.

No site customization changes should be made without the appropriate training from McKessonHigh Line.

Language and Translation#

The translation facility allows you to provide translated text to the screens and menus of the application.

The alternate language fields in the examples may display (FRE) abbreviation as the alternate language, French. In your own database, the abbreviation will represent the language you choose.


Manipulations Screens#

The manipulation screens allow you to control and edit bookmarks, passwords and user calculations.


Requests#

The request facility allows employees to send messages/memos to other personnel within your organization. This chapter will cover the screens used to administer and maintain requests within the system.
