DEFINE NOTE TYPES#
The Define Note Types (IMNT) form is used to define the different types of notes available in the system.
The MEMO is a mandatory note type for Self Service MEMO functionality.
The definition data for the Define Note Types screen is stored in the P2K_AM_NOTE_TYPES table.
- Description
- This field gives a short description of the note type.
- Max. Size
- The maximum length of the note type is provided in this field.
- Table
- If the note type is associated to a specific table, that table is indicated here.
