MIN REST SFT TP - Min Rest Shift Top Up
Time Rule Overview
The purpose of the Min Rest Shift Top Up is to top up the hours worked in min rest period if the employee did not receive the number of rest hours defined in the band. If the time code and premium are not provided, the time rule will use the prevailing rate. The rule will take into consideration the day of the week specified, or if this is null it will be applied to all days.
This will create a record with no start time and end time. The value will be the hours to top up. The hours will be used to cover the "does not reset the overtime accumulation" business need.
Requirements / Features
The Value field will no longer be used to hold the day of the week, instead the day of the week has been turned into a column labeled DAY.
The Min Rest Shift Top Up time rule has been updated to handle this new feature. If the Day column is null the time rule will be applied to all days.
