View Training Request History#
The View Training Request History (WMCATH) screen allows you to view your employee’s past training requests.
The definition data for the View Training Requests History screen is stored in the P2K_RE_CANDIDATES, P2K_CP_CLASS_REGISTRATIONS, P2K_CP_CLASS_SCHEDULESand P2K_CP_COURSE_SCHEDULES tables.
- Name (Code)
- This field identifies employees reporting to you by last and first name, followed by their person code/employee number.
- Assignment
- This field displays the employee’s current assignment title.
- Department
- This field displays the department where the employee is assigned.
- Reports To
- This field displays the employee’s supervisor. This individual is identified by last and first name, followed by their person code/employee number.
- Show Indirect Employees
- If this toggle is checked, the employees who report to you indirectly will be included in the list.
By clicking on one of the employees listed, you will be able to view and process their training requests using the following fields.
Class Registration#
This section lists all of the courses/classes that the employee has requested.
- Dates
- This field displays the dates that the class is being held.
- Course
- This field displays the course being requested.
- Class
- This field displays the specific class for the requested course.
- Times
- The hours in which the class is conducted are displayed here.
- Status
- This field displays the status of the class registration.
- Registration #
- This field identifies the class registration by its unique id code.
- Priority
- This field displays the Wait List Priority the Administrator assigned the Candidate. This field would only be used if a class enables a wait list via the Class Enrollment Options field in ICRSC. If the option is 'Auto Enroll, Allow Wait List', and this field is populated the system will automatically enroll the highest priority Candidate whose status is Wait Listed when an opening occurs for the class. If no priority is given, the system will enroll the Candidate with the earliest Date and Time as specified in the Date / Time field.
- Date /Time
- This field displays the date and time the Candidate requested enrollment in the class. This may be used to determine which wait listed Candidate is enrolled in a class when an opening occurs.
- Payment
- This field displays when the fees for the course are to be paid.
- Status
- This field indicates the status of the registration.
- e.g. requested, registered
- Description
- This field provides a description of the specific registration and provides information such as how the employee registered.
- Approve/Disapprove
- This area allows you to approve or disapprove the course for the employee.
This section displays information on the course.
- Course
- This field displays the code that identifies the course.
- Title
- This field displays the official title of the course.
- Competence Group
- If completion of the course allows the employee to gain a specific competency, that competency will be displayed in this field.
- Category
- This field classifies the course into specific categories.
- e.g. accounting, human resources, engineering.
- Format
- This field displays the way in which the course will be conducted.
- e.g. In class, On-line, Correspondence
- Type
- This field specifies the course as either internal or external.
Course Details#
- Info
- This field displays a short description of the course, providing information on its purpose, requirements, and goals.
This section displays information on the class the employee registered for.
- Class
- This field displays the class code.
- Title
- This field displays the name of the class.
- Starts/ Ends
- These fields display the first and last dates of the class.
- Start Time
- This field displays the start time of the class.
- Duration
- This field displays the length of the class.
- Basis
- This field displays the time basis in which the duration is expressed.
- e.g. days, weeks, months.
- Registered
- This field displays the actual number of students enrolled in the class.
- Class Min
- This field displays the minimum number of students that must be enrolled for the class to occur.
- Class Max
- This field displays the maximum number of students permitted to take the class.
