VIEW COMPANY DIRECTORY#
This is the mobile version of the View Company Directory WGMCD screen.Through the View Company Directory screen, contact information for other employees is available based on the User's Prime Assignment department.
The employees will be listed through the following information: Please note that employee work contact details are tracked on the Maintain Assignments IEAS screen.
- Last Name
- This field displays the surname of the employee listed.
- First Name
- This field displays the employee by the first name.
- Position
- This field will indicate the employee’s position title.
- Phone #
- This field displays the employee’s work phone number.
- You can click on the phone icon to initiate a call to that individual through your computer’s phone software.
- This field displays the employee’s work email address.
- You can click on the email icon to send an email to that individual through your default email software.
