VIEW DAILY REPLACEMENT APPROVERS#

The View Daily Replacement Approvers (DEDA) allows you to view a daily list of those individuals who be acting as replacement approvers

Data for the 'View Daily Replacement Approvers' screen is maintained on the P2K_HR_DESIGNATED_APPROVERS and P2K_CM_APPROVAL_RECORDS table.

Designate

This field identifies the employee who can provide approval in the absence of the regular approver.

Reason

This field displays why a designated approver is required.

From Date/To Date

These fields define the time frame the employee can give approvals.

Approver

This field identifies the employee normally gives approval.

Reference Info

This field is system populated with a system message which displays information pertaining to the approver.

Waiting Since

The date and time frame the approval record was created.

Designated For

The name of the employee tied to the approval process is displayed here. It is this peron's records which will be approved.

Status

The status of the approval record is indicated here.
