CREATE OR UPDATE WORKER INFORMATION#
Processing Information#
The Create or Update Worker Information (UTBWO) function will update any existing workers and create new workers. The UTBWO synchronizes workers with their Human Resources structure.Report Parameters & Filters#

As Of Date | Mandatory, Date, LOV Available This field indicates the date UTBWO updates from. If the employee does not have a worker record it will create a worker record and with effective date equals with this date. If the employee has a worker record it uses this date to find the right worker detail in order to decide if updates are needed if - work assignment is active and worker is not available -> mark as available starting with as of date - work assignment is inactive and worker is available -> mark as unavailable starting with as of date |
Trial | Mandatory, LOV available, <YES, NO> If run in trial mode, no updating of the worker record will occur. |
Exception Level | Mandatory, LOV available <Exception Only>. This field indicates the exception level (report messages) required. |
User Comment | Optional, Text. Manually entered text that will be printed in the report header. |

Person | Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. The report can be limited to only the Person Codes listed in this field. |
Entity | Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. This report can be limited to only the Entities listed in this field. |
Department | Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. This report can be limited to only the Departments listed in this field. |
Unit | Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. This report can be limited to only the Units listed in this field. |
Job | Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. This report can be limited to only the Jobs listed in this field. |
Work Rule | Optional, Multiple Selection, LOV available. This report can be limited to only the Work Rules listed in this field. |
