Time Rule Overview#
This time rule checks if an employee does not punch OUT for lunch, the number of hours the employee has worked in a day, and if lunch should be deducted or not.Note: The adjusted lunch period is not seen on the Time Sheet IPTS. This adjustment is only visible in the View Audit tab. Any adjustment will move forward with the UPCTS or UPCTSP functions as the transactions move to IPTR or IPPH.
Requirements / Features#
If an OUT punch exists before the lunch time, and the lunch time is less than the defined Value (“Up To Hrs”), then the meal time will be increased up to the defined Value by reducing the time registered under the time codes defined in the Apply Time Code Set field.Additional Info #

[#1] The rule will be executed if the work hours are equal to or more than the hours defined in the Band field.

[#4] Target Time Code Set should contain the meal time codes
[#5] The Apply Time Code Set field should contain a set of work time codes, such as regular, clock in early, clock out late, etc. NOTE: This rule will be applied only if an OUT punch does not exist before meal time.
