In order for employees to view/enroll in course/classes being offered by your company in the Training/Course List (WECCL) screen in Self Service, the Course and Class Schedule Statuses must be set to ‘Offered’.
In addition the current date must fall between the start and end dates on the Courses tab and the enrollment start and enrollment end date on the Class Schedule tab on the Maintain Courses (ICRS) screen in the Professional application.
