VIEW TRAINING/COURSE LIST#
The View Training/Course List (WECCL) screen displays the courses you have taken and their status.
The definition data for the View Training/Course List screen is stored in the P2K_CP_COURSES, P2K_CP_COURSE_FEES, P2K_CP_CLASS_SCHEDULES, P2K_CP_CLASS_REGISTRATIONS, and P2K_CP_PROGRAM_STEPS tables.

View Training / Course List #
The View Training / Course List screen allows you to view details about courses and register for classes.- Course
- The course will be listed here by its identify code.A course will be available for selection in the Course field if:
1. The course status is ‘03 – Offered'
2. The As Of Date is earlier than the Course End Date
3. At least one class is available
- Title
- The formal title of the course is listed here.
- Category
- This field identifies the course into a specific category.
- Type
- This field further classifies the course as a specific type.
- Format
- This field displays the format in which the class was taught.
- e.g. Classroom, Online, etc.
- Language
- This field indicates the language in which the course will be taught.
- Show All
- This toggle allows the Candidate to view all of the Courses and Classes that are offered. When the SHOW ALL toggle is On, WECCL will show all of the courses that have at least an offered class and the system's As Of Date is between the Enrollment Start and End Dates. Full classes will also show if the associated course is offered and falls between the dates. If the SHOW ALL toggle is OFF WECCL will only show courses that have classes which are available for registration or the candidate is already registered/enrolled to, this is to allow him to withdraw from the class. With the toggle Off, full classes will display if they allow a waiting list.
Classes Available#
- Class
- This field displays the classes available for the course.A class will be available for selection in the Class field if:
1.The course status is ‘03 – Offered'
2. The As Of Date is earlier than the Course End Date.
3. At least one open space available for registration (Total Number of Registrants < Maximum Size) or a class allow waiting list (Class Enroll Option = '30'- Manual Enroll, Allow Wait List or '40'-Auto Enroll, Allow Wait List).
If the Show All button is toggled ON, all the same classes as listed above will be displayed, in addition, full classes where the number of registrants has reached the maximum class size will be displayed. Please note, these full classes will be ‘view only’, no registration will be allowed.
- Title
- The title of the class will display here.
- When
- This field displays the class start and end dates.
- Time
- The field displays the time the class starts and finishes.
- Where
- This field displays the place where the class will be conducted.
- Status
- This field will indicate the status of your registration.
- e.g. approved
- Status
- The purpose of this field is two fold. If the Registrant has already registered for the class, their Registration Status will display in this field. If the Registrant has NOT registered for the class, this field will display the availability of the class.
- Registration Info
- This will display messages to the Candidate regarding the status of their Registration.
- Register
- This button will allow you to register in the highlighted class if the class has availability. If class is full they still are able to use this action but they will be added to the waiting list. A candidate registered to a class will be automatically removed from other waiting list for the same course
- If the class is full and there is no waiting list, the button will be grayed out.
The Registration button will be available for selection if
1. If the user is not already registered
2. The class is available for registration
3. The As Of Date is earlier than the Enrollment End Date. Please note, if the Enrollment End Date is null, the Class Start Date is used.
- Withdraw
- If the Candidate is already registered with the class, they may use this button to withdraw their registration. If the Candidate is not yet registered with the class, this button will be grayed out.
The Withdraw button will be available for selection if
1. If the user is already registered
2. The As Of date < Class Start Date minus preferedDaysForWithdraw
Note: preferedDaysForWithdraw is a preference field defined in IMST “CLASS WITHD DAYS”. If not defined or a negative value entered, the Enrollment End Date is used as a last date allowed for withdraw. If Class Start Date minus preferedDaysForWithdraw returns a date before Enrollment End Date, Enrollment End Date is used.
Course Detail#
- Duration
- This field indicates the duration of the course.
- Repeated Interval
- This field displays how often the course should be repeated.
- i.e. A certification which must be renewed every 2 years.
- Details
- This field displays a short description of the course.
- Prerequisites
- If prerequisite courses are required in order to take this course, they will be listed in this field.
Course Fees#
- Fee Schedule
- This field indicates when the payment for the course is due.
- On Approval, On Registration
- Start Date
- This field displays the first day of the fee schedule payments.
- End Date
- This field displays the end day of the fee schedule payments.
- Cost
- This field identifies the cost of the course.
- Currency
- This field displays the currency the course fee is expressed in. e.g CDN Dollars, US Dollars, MEX Pesos
Part of Development Programs#
If the course is needed to complete a specific program(s) of study, that program will be listed here.- Program
- This field displays the code used to uniquely identify the program.
- Program Title
- This fields displays the title of the program for which this course is a part.
