Processing Information#
Applicant flow reports provide statistics that the company can use to comply with their government’s affirmative action reporting requirements. These reports track the number of invites, interviews, offers, accepts, rejects and hires by ethnic and gender breakdowns and by job classification.The List of Recruiting Statistics (RRAN) screen allows you to publish a list of applicants either in full detail or listed by various criteria upon request.
