PRODUCE US VETERANS EMPLOYMENT REPORT #

The U.S. Federal Veterans’ Status (REVS) report allows you to print a report on the veteran status of employees within the system. This report is based on the Veteran field on Maintain Personal Information IEPI form.

Report Parameters
EntityMandatory, LOV Available
This field limits the report to one entity.
VETS Form NumberMandatory, LOV Available
This allows the user to select which VETS Form they wish to create. Options are VETS-100 and VETS-100A
As OfDate, LOV Available
This is the date from which the information will be collected from based on 12 months from As of Date selected. For example, As Of date is 30-Sept-2012, then the REVS reports data from 01-Oct-2011 to 30-Sept-2012.
User CommentOptional, Text
This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report.

This field will limit the report to the people lists selected.

This field will limit the report to the people selected.

This will limit the report to the departments selected.

This will limit the report to the organization level type selected.
Note: Org Level Type MUST be specified IF you are using the Sort Option of Org Level OR if you want to filter by Org Levels.

This will limit the report to the authorization levels selected.

This field will limit the report to the groups selected.

REVS now supports two different Veteran's Employment Forms (VETS-100 and VETS-100A). The two forms have different 'Job Categories' and therefore will report on different Veteran Statuses therefore clients must set up their data according to which form they are using for the Veteran's Employment report.

The Org Level Type lexicon has been updated with two new values: 'E1' (for EEO Headquarter') and 'E2' (for EEO Locn Establishment).

New set up: The IDOL now needs to be set up with either E1 or E2 org level types because the REVS report has been modified to report only on these two org types.

The 'Minimum and Maximum Number of employees during period covered' on the VETS-100 and VETS-100A forms are not supported.
