PRODUCE HR DEPARTMENTAL REPORT#
The Produce HR Departmental Report (REDR) report allows you to print position information for employees who have had changes in position or salary ranges within a specific time frame. This report will also report on employees who have had any changes with a specific change reason (or reasons).- Each department is presented on a new page
- One record is presented for each assignment that is active on the as of date.
- The contents of the NA Account field is taken from a user defined field on P2K_HR_EMPLOYMENTS named "EEM02"
- The contents of the Red Circle field is taken from a user defined field on P2K_HR_EMPLOYMENTS named "EEM03"
- Gross earnings is computed to Hourly and Annual amounts using standard formulae based upon the employee's wage rate expressed on their assignment record.
- Premiums are shown with their source (Assignment / Position / Job)
- Premium $ Equivalent/Year is only shown if the premium calculation rule is set to "Prc x Wage Rt"

As Of Date | Date, LOV Available The date that employee data will be derived "as of". |
Show Premiums | Optional, LOV Available If set to "Yes", then Assignment-, Position- and Job-based premiums will be printed on this report. |
Sort Option | Optional, LOV Available The order that the employees will be reported in, within each department: Person Code / Last Name, First Name |
User Comment | Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report. |

Location | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the locations selected. |
Auth Area | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the authorization areas selected |
Department | Optional, LOV Available The report will be restricted to employees who are in the departments specified, on the as of date indicated. |
Org Level Type | Optional, Lexicon Available This will limit the report to the organization level type selected. Note: Org Level Type MUST be specified IF you are using the Sort Option of Org Level OR if you want to filter by Org Levels. |
Org Level | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This will limit the report to the organization levels selected. |
Unit | Optional, LOV Available The report will be restricted to employees who are in the units specified, on the as of date indicated. |
Group | Optional, LOV Available The report will be restricted to employees who are in the groups specified, on the as of date indicated. |
Payroll | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field will limit the report to the payrolls selected. |
Job | Optional, LOV Available The report will be restricted to employees who are in the jobs specified, on the as of date indicated. |
Position | Optional, LOV Available The report will be restricted to employees who are in the positions specified, on the as of date indicated. |
Employment Status | Optional, Multiple Selection Available, LOV Available This field will limit the report to the employment statuses selected. |
