JOURNAL ENTRIES INTERFACE FILE#
The Journal Entries Interface File screen is used to import journal entries into the software data structures.
Journal Entries Interface File data is maintained on the INF_CV_JOURNALENTRIES table.
- ID
- This field uniquely identifies the journal entries record within the data base.
- G/L Company
- This field identifies the G/L company associated with the journal entry.
- Calendar Period
- This field identifies the calendar period for the journal entry.
- G/L Account
- This field identifies the G/L account associated with the journal entry.
- Distribution Code
- This field identifies the distribution code associated with the journal entry.
- G/L Effective Date
- This field displays the date that the journal entry is effective.
- G/L Post Number
- G/L Post Sequence
- This field identifies the sequential order of the G/L post.
- Trial Journal
- This field indicates that the Journal Entry is a trial journal after either the UPLG or UPGL is run.
- Person Code
- This field identifies the individual associated with the journal entry.
- Pay #
- This field identifies the pay run number associated with the journal entry.
- PC Code
- This field identifies the pay component associated with the journal entry.
- G/L Amount
- This field displays the amount of the journal entry.
- Split Percent
- If a split rule is ‘by percent’ then this field indicates the percentage.
- G/L Detail Sequence
- Work Order
- This field identifies the work order attached to the journal entry.
- G/L Pointer
- G/L Fund
- This field identifies the G/L fund attached to the journal entry.
