My Designated Approvers#

The My Designated Approvers (IEDA) screen will allow you designated individuals allowed to approve leave requests in your absence.

The definition data for the My Designated Approvers screen is stored in the P2K_HR_DESIGNATED_APPROVERS, and P2K_CM_APPROVAL_RECORDS tables.

From Date / To Date

These fields define the time frame the employee can give approvals.

Designated Approver

This field identifies the employee who can provide approval in your absence.

Reason

This field displays why a designated approver is required.
