To Terminate an Employee#
- Go to IETR - Terminate Employees
- Select the employee using the 'Find' bar
- Click on the 'Terminate This Employee' icon
- The Terminate Employee Dialog Box will open
- Enter the mandatory fields and the business requirement fields
- Click 'OK' or 'Cancel'
- Clicking 'OK' will 'Save' the information, updating the fields on the IETR.
- The 'Adjust Termination Date' and 'Un-Terminate this Employee' icons are now highlighted
- Clicking 'Cancel' will back out the information and close the dialog box
- Clicking 'OK' will 'Save' the information, updating the fields on the IETR.
