The Formatted Equals operator will allow dates and numbers to have format masks applied to them before and after they have been compared. See the tables below for available options:

\u2030 Prefix or suffix Yes Multiply by 1000 and show as per mille value
¤ (\u00A4) Prefix or suffix No Currency sign, replaced by currency symbol. If doubled, replaced by international currency symbol. If present in a pattern, the monetary decimal separator is used instead of the decimal separator.
Prefix or suffix No Used to quote special characters in a prefix or suffix, for example, “ ’ # ’ # “ formats 123 to “#123”. To create a single quote itself, use two in a row: “# 0’ ‘ clock”.

Using the Formatted Equals operator, clients can adjust Date Values by adding or subtracting from the parameterized date using the following symbols:

  • D Day
  • M Month
  • Y Year

These can be combined and should be prefixed with either a + (Add) or – (Subtract) symbol.

If users need to add or subtract days, months or years, the mathematical equation needs to be entered in the Value field as the specified format is applied to both sides of the equation. If users do not include D, M, or Y the system assumes D. For example, <<AS_Of_DATE>> +365, would result 31-Jul- 2009 (where the as of date is 31-Jul-2008).
