The embedded form Job Requisition Approval (ERPO) is used by both the request facility and by approvals to display crucial information regarding Job Posting
Posting#
- Posting#
- This field which holds the number, reference code or abbreviation that uniquely identifies this position within the organization.
- Posting Title
- This field holds the official or formal title of the posting.
- Posting Type
- This field shows if the posting is internal, external or both.
- Posting Category
- This fild allows a user to group the posting into different classifications.
Details#
- Job Profile
- This field identifies the posting for which the posting is being created.
- Requisition Date
- This field displays the date for this requisition was created.
- Posting Priority
- The priority of the postings will be shown in this field.
- Posting Source
- This field provides a reason for the postings.
- Entity
- This field displays the entity that is generating the postings.
- Unit
- This field will display the unit associated with this postings.
- Group
- This field will display the group associated with this postings.
- Department
- This field will display the department associated with this postings.
- Job
- This field will display the job associated with this postings.
- Position
- This field will display the position associated to this postings.
- Manager
- This field identifies the manager of this postings.
- Location
- This field will display the location associated with this postings.
- Range
- This field will show the salary range for this assignment. Range from ISSR (P2K_SA_SALARY_RANGES) is an optional field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
- Scale
- This field will show the wage scale for this assignment. Scale from ISWS
(P2K_SA_WAGE_SCALES) is an optional field you must fill through the LOV (F9).
- Wage Rate
- This field will show the wage rate for this assignment.
- Rate Basis
- This field shows the rate basis that the wage is expressed in.
- Posting Text
- This field allows you to provide additional information about the postings.
