DRV_WAITLIST_COUNT is a derived field which indicates the number of Candidates whose enrollment status is Wait Listed. This is only used for classes who have been defined with the Class Enrollment Option of either Manual Enroll, Allow Wait List or Auto Enroll, Allow Wait List.
