Call Reason#

This is a field containing a user defined lexicon, X_CALL_REASON, with the value Not Specified.

P2K_TS_CALL_LOGS is referenced as a data source in:
ITWO - Maintain Worker Information
DTESH - Maintain Employee Schedules
DTSH - Maintain Station Schedules
DTSWA - schedule Work Area Vacancies

However, the Call Reason field is not used in these functions and so is not visible to users. I can be added to one of the above functions using IMFD.
