A400 Regular Earnings Element (consisting of non-attendance components)#
This component is required when the entitlement is based on a percentage of regularearnings. Regular Earnings are typically the payroll components associated with regular time, vacation time, etc.
Choose the rule that is used as the 'Regular Earning Element' rule.
