Components to Calculate Service (A100-A199)#
Employees’ Service Level is calculated for attendance policies where the percentage of earnings or time awarded changes as seniority increases.
The following attendance components allow users to specify exactly how service level is calculated for each policy. If none of the rules provided match the policies at a particular site, the UserCalc tool has been provided to allow custom calculations of dates, levels and amounts.
Almost all policies require service to be calculated in order to access the information on the Service Level form.
