The My Designated Approvers (IEDA) screen will allow you designated individuals allowed to approve leave requests in your absence.
The My Designated Approvers (IEDA) screen will allow you designated individuals allowed to approve leave requests in your absence OR will allow a USER with an identity defined to set a designated person who will be performing approvals in place of or aiding that current user. The type of approval may be defined as well according to 'from and to' dates.
\\ \\
If Designated Approver has made an approval and an approval record has a status Approved or Approved Historic, that Designated Approver is no longer allowed to be deleted from the screen. Therefore, if that Designated Approver is no longer needed, the From/To Date must be used to restrict the time frame he can give approvals. \\ For all the other approval statuses the Designated Approvers are allowed to be deleted.
