STAT_CODE is a mandatory 16-character alphanumeric field displaying user-defined code to uniquely identify the statistic within the system. If a STAT_CODE is populated in this field, the IEST will be populated with the value based on the rules defined on IDSC for the employee.

If no preexisting STAT_CODE is found on IEST, the system will insert a new value when UPCLOZ completes. If a pre-existing STAT_CODE is found on IEST, the system will either accumulate or replace the value found in the Value field on IEST when UPCLOZ completes.

These actions will only take place if a value is found in the PC_CODE defined when the pay header is processed through UPCLOZ. If the PC_CODE is not populated on the pay header, there will be no change during payroll processing.

Statistics can be used in User Calculations. Statistics do not need to be associated to a PC_CODE to work. They can be populated manually on IEST.

STAT_CODES can be loaded as a bulk action into IEST via LMTD
