ACT_MODIFY_EFFECTIVE is an action button which calls the MSWSMR dialog which allows the user to modify the effective date of the wage scale.
- Old Effective
- This is field displays the old date that the change was effective.
- Change Reason
- This field shows the reason for the change in effective date.
- New Effective
- This is field displays the new date that the change is effective.
