VIEW JOURNAL ENTRY DIALOG#
The View Journal Entry Dialog MPJD screen allows you to enter time for additional hours worked. The data in the dialog is stored on the P2K_PR_PAY_TRANSACTIONS and P2K_PR_JOURNAL_DETAILS tables.
- Employee
- The employee associated with the journal entry is displayed in this field.
- Date
- The date of the journal entry is displayed in this field.
- Time Code
- The time code associated with the journal entry is displayed in this field.
- PC
- The pay component associated with the journal entry is displayed in this field.
- Assignment Distribution
- The assignment distribution associated with the journal entry is displayed in this field.
- Split %
- The split percentage associated with the journal entry is displayed in this field.
- G/L Amount
- The general ledger amount associated with the journal entry is displayed in this field.
