Training & Development (TD): Overview#

The Training and Development application provides HR managers with the tools needed to ensure that the developmental needs of the organization and its human resources are fulfilled. The needs of the organization are identified as requirements in job profiles, which may be associated with jobs, positions, postings and assignments. Development programs, activities and training events are then established to provide individuals within the organization with the skills needed to meet these requirements.
