Salary Administration (SA): Overview#
The Salary Administration module is designed to help control position, job and assignment wages, as well as to record and administer employee reviews and to process personnel actions such as wage and address changes. You will use the Salary Administration menu to set up your premiums, scales and steps, and wage ranges, as well as set up the job evaluation process that may occur at your company, and learn how to add wage survey information.
