CYCLE_NUMBER is a 5 digit numerical field which may be used to change the order of time rules of different frequencies.
The standard cycle is every Entry > Shift > Day > Week > Period. The default cycle is 5.
For example, override the cycle of OT Weekly to be 1 so that it will come before OT Daily.
