Unique Keys: Pay Header [PPH_ID] + Pay Component [PPC_ID] + [ADP_TAX_CODE] + [ADP_TAX_TYPE] + [TAX_RECORD_STATUS]
This table contains detailed record for each pay for all pay components that are identified in [IPPC] to be sent to ADP for Tax processing. If a pay is re-processed, the existing records will be marked as status = Deleted and will not be used for filing, but will exist as an audit trail. They should be removed periodically using the [UMHP] History Purge process.
