You may select an object on a function:
[Item]: This field selects a field on the screen.
[or Form Group]: This field selects a tab or block on a screen.
[or Data Source]: This field selects a table or view.
[Security Access]: allows you to define the access level such as no view, no update, mandatory or updatable.
You then select the user or role you wish to give or restrict access to. When selecting a role the Type field with the role should be 'Object Security', not 'Not Specified Roles'. 'Not Specified Roles' are carried over from the old system and will be removed in the future.
